Physyolates is a training concept that was developed by my mom, Susanne, based on decades of experience as a sports physical therapist, trainer, and professional athlete.
I, Larissa, practice and teach the concept for over 10 years now, online, in studios and as a personal trainer. I always aim to enrich my training with the latest scientific findings and develop specialized courses.
Together we have taught over 10 000 hours of classes.
